Creating the Employee Value Proposition for the Alcon Global Services brand and developing an employer communication strategy based on the conducted ‘dyad of friendship’ surveys, which examine the satisfaction and opinions of Alcon employees. Assisted by benchmarking and analysis of the Client’s past activities.
We conducted research among the company’s employees, and on this basis, we have prepared an interpretation of the global EVP as well as the tone of voice. We maintain an employee ambassador programme as part of our regular service, which has been recognised and appreciated worldwide. We conducted training sessions on Social Media, personal branding development, video content creation and even the use of AI in the GPT4 model. We have created a multitude of textual, graphic and video content, utilised both internally and externally in global structures, as well as in AGS marketing. We have designed an attractive, standout trade fair booth, and we have also comprehensively created profiles on recruitment platforms.
