Internal Campaign YOU are UNIQUe – in good shape
For UNIQA, as part of a program supporting employee well-being, we developed the internal campaign “YOU are UNIQUe– in good shape”, taking full responsibility for the creative concept, graphic execution, content, and activation-communication support of the program.
The goal was to create a lasting and engaging well-being system for employees – not as a one-time initiative, but as a foundation of the company’s organizational culture. In response to the findings of the Organizational Pulse Survey, we co-created a proprietary well-being model with the client, based on six key areas: quality of life, physical and mental health, relationships, connection with nature, and inner peace.
Our agency was responsible for the comprehensive development and implementation of the program – from naming and concept creation, to designing the key visual and all graphic materials, such as posters, beanbags, meeting backgrounds, pop-ups, and slogan-based posters. We also prepared educational and promotional content supporting work principles, including guides, instructions, and gamified elements like the custom game “UNIQUE TABOO”. We led internal communication efforts, activating employees both through the intranet and in physical office spaces.
