WE RE ON A FIRST NAME BASIS WITH QUALITY
As part of “Quality Week” for Polpharma Biologics, we developed a comprehensive internal campaign aimed at all employees, with the goal of increasing awareness and engagement around quality-related topics.
We prepared a full-scale internal campaign for Polpharma Biologics to celebrate Quality Week – from the creative concept and action plan to visual identity and communications strategy.
We kicked things off with a teaser campaign – colorful speech bubbles with intriguing slogans appeared around the office, sparking curiosity and hinting that something was brewing.
Next, we boosted engagement with a photo contest – employees shared pictures that were proudly displayed on company screens.
Healthy smoothies were waiting in the kitchens, each labeled with messages promoting the campaign’s values – because quality starts from the inside!
The highlight of the week was a special online event: “Good Morning QualiTY”, inspired by the breakfast TV show format. For this, we built our own studio, streamed live from the company kitchen in another location, and even included a weather segment! The goal was to discuss quality in a light, accessible way. Over coffee, employees shared how they define and practice quality in their daily work.
At the end, each participant received a personalized notebook – a keepsake and a daily reminder to care about quality.
All campaign activities were supported by consistent, creative, and engaging communication, fostering a sense of involvement and collaboration.
