Creating the Employee Value Proposition for the Clouds On Mars brand and developing an employer communication strategy based on the conducted ‘dyad of friendship’ surveys, which examine the satisfaction and opinions of employees. Assisted by benchmarking and analysis of the Client’s past activities.
Project recognized in the Employer Branding Excellence Awards 2024.

We have designed a new career tab based on the developed EVP and a new visual identity.
As part of the work, an action strategy has been prepared along with the selection of channels and employer branding messages. We have created a new content and design proposal aimed at distinguishing the Client from other employers, based on a photo shoot conducted with 
Clouds On Mars employees.
