Creating a local Employee Value Proposition for the Reckitt IT Hub and developing an employer communication strategy based on the conducted ‘dyad of friendship’ surveys, which examine the satisfaction and opinions of Reckitt employees. Assisted by benchmarking and analysis of the Client’s past activities.
We conducted research among the company’s employees, and on this basis, we have prepared an interpretation of the global EVP as well as the tone of voice. Moreover, we have developed and executed the first night recruitment festival in Poland – the Reckitt Night Recruitment Festival. During the festival, 60 candidates had the opportunity to participate in recruitment interviews, some of which concluded with the receipt of a letter of intent at the end of the event. We have also provided a one-of-a-kind competition with prizes in two VR games and in an interactive Menti quiz.
