PORTFOLIOTOGETHER AT UNIQA
For UNIQA, we delivered a comprehensive outdoor campaign titled “At UNIQA, we’re in this together | Want to be part of something bigger?”, handling the creative concept, script and production of the main video, the campaign key visual, the design and content of the campaign landing page, as well as the full copy package for digital and media activities.
The campaign was rooted in UNIQA’s internal cultural program “Respect, not hate”.
We created an emotional video based on authentic stories from employees selected through an internal casting – no actors, no script. Stories of hate, stereotypes, and exclusion gained power through their honesty, intimate format, and strong visual layer. Thoughtful symbolism (e.g., the transition from black and white to color) and a consistent visual identity emphasized the core message: we are united despite our differences.
The campaign also included two video teasers, digital creatives (social, display), PR activities, and internal materials – posters with QR codes linking to the film, a photo exhibition of the campaign’s protagonists, and an intranet activation. The project combined employer branding with an important social message, becoming a true expression of UNIQA’s organizational culture.
