Preparing communication related to brand rebranding for employees and candidates. The second line of action is to build an employer branding strategy for the employer in the demanding industry of innovative building materials.
We conducted a rebranding campaign among Holcim Polska (formerly Lafarge) employees. We prepared communication and events for employees to help them become familiar with the new brand and the values it brings. After introducing a new name and strategic elements related to rebranding to the company, we focused on broadly understood employer branding.
We built an action strategy for the client based on cooperation with universities and academic entities, and activities in social media that support attracting students of engineering, especially mining, to participate in the Sustainable Scholarship Program prepared by us. In addition, we take care of all offline and online materials that build communication with employees and candidates.
