FROM STRATEGY TO DAY-TO-DAY SUPPORT IN EB OPERATIONS
Creating the Employee Value Proposition for the UNIQA brand and developing an employer communication strategy based on the conducted ‘dyad of friendship’ surveys, which examine the satisfaction and opinions of employees, as well as external research and additional benchmarking of the Client’s past actions.
We have designed a new career tab for the entire UNIQA Group in Poland.
As part of the work, an action strategy has been prepared along with the selection of channels and employer branding messages. We have created a new content and graphic proposal intended to distinguish our Client among other employers, based on a completed photo session with UNIQA employees who were selected through an internal contest ‘Become the Face of the Employer Brand’.
