Ongoing customer support as part of EB and HR activities. Conducting communication and producing employer branding materials that combine global company guidelines with the locally developed EVP. Operations are conducted in the Czech and Polish markets.

As part of our recent projects, we have prepared materials to support managers and employees of perfumeries in their daily tasks. We have clearly and honestly presented Sephora’s values and the skills = competencies that will be useful at work. We have also prepared supporting materials for the communications department to utilise during the onboarding process or throughout a global employee engagement survey. All activities and materials are prepared in Polish and Czech.
